Job Purpose : 

This role is responsible for leading and developing the Business Development function through team capacity planning, revenue growth strategies, and B2B sales execution. The position also ensures successful customer acquisition, implementation, and retention to increase adoption and usage of Mobitech’s SaaS products and services in the digital logistics market.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or selling logistics services.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role within the logistics field.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project planning, business development, and management.

Area of Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Business Development team through capacity planning, competency development, and performance monitoring to ensure the team’s capabilities align with business objectives.
  • Set team and individual targets, monitor achievements, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth from SaaS services and products.
  • Identify target customers, build customer acquisition strategies, and develop existing customers across segments to increase adoption and usage of SaaS products.
  • Oversee the proposal process, ensure service and pricing structure alignment for SaaS products, and lead negotiations with key customers.
  • Oversee, manage, and maintain the CRM pipeline while ensuring the team follows the process consistently.
  • Maintain relationships with strategic customers, ensure proper handling of priority complaints, and align services to improve retention and renewal of SaaS product usage for long-term growth.
  • Review and ensure completeness of sales administration, including commercial documents, SLAs, and customer technical requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-team needs at both strategic and operational levels throughout the sales process to ensure alignment between customer needs, product capabilities, and service quality.
  • Prepare regular analysis on revenue, market trends, customer behavior, and SaaS product business performance to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline, and team target progress related to SaaS product acquisition and usage for management review.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) principles, as well as relevant information security and ISO standards.
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality of information used in projects and analyses, and implement data security policies in accordance with regulations and company policies.
