This role is responsible to acquire customers and sell Waresix products/services to companies based on the industry, and maintain customer experience to achieve the revenue target set by the company.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Development or selling logistics services based on the industry companies

Areas of Responsibilities : 

  • Achieve targets set by the company (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
  • Sell Waresix products/services in the central business area related to the company (based on the industry).
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets that have been set.
  • Seek and screen new customers by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development.
  • Work collaboratively with Business Development and Vendor teams to develop creative strategies that attract customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all customers have a superior experience, from needs analysis through delivery to project follow-up.
  • Maintain overall processes related to customer management.
  • Capture product opportunities that match customer needs.
  • Assist and supervise customer activities during the delivery process.
  • Serve as a key figure or stakeholder between the company and the customer for projects that utilize the subsidiary’s services.
  • Monitor payments from customers in accordance with the Terms of Payment (TOP).
  • Maintain the confidentiality of company information/data.
  • Apply information security policies, procedures or principles in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
