Job Purpose : 

This position is responsible for formulating and leading the execution of cross-functional Business Excellence strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability based on data analysis and financial validation. The role also acts as a bridge between operations, technology, and finance teams to ensure sustainable growth.

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable overseas or Indonesian university (preferably Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or IT-related fields).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business excellence or operational excellence, strategy, or financial planning & analysis.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis, process mapping, and project management.
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and BI tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Superset, etc.)
  • Experienced in driving operational excellence initiatives (such as Six Sigma, Lean) and engaging cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office / Cloud Office (Word/Google Docs, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Business Excellence Team through capacity planning, competency development, and performance monitoring to ensure the team’s capabilities align with business objectives.
  • Formulate and direct cross-entity Business Excellence strategies with a focus on cost efficiency, contribution margin improvement, and sustainable operational growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of operational processes and financial reports to identify inefficiencies and prepare business cases that outline the value and impact of proposed solutions.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other tools, and ensure the integration of solutions into company SOPs and digital tools.
  • Manage Business Excellence projects and initiatives by ensuring proper planning, cross-functional coordination, and effective governance from start to finish.
  • Oversee the creation of dashboards that monitor operational and financial performance and provide periodic insights to management stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to align objectives, facilitate collaboration, and ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.
  • Ensure all projects operate in compliance with occupational health, safety & environmental (HSE) principles, as well as relevant information security and ISO standards.
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of information used in projects and analyses, and implement data security policies in accordance with regulations and company policies.
