Job Purpose :
This position is responsible for managing vessel administrative and legal documentation (tugboat & barge), ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, and supporting commercial activities through proper handling of permits, operational documents, and correspondence related to sea transportation operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics administration or commercial administration.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented.

- Analytical capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.
Job description:
Customer & Vendor Legality
- Ensure completeness of legal documents for commercial transactions and maintain both physical and electronic documentation in designated folders.
Vessel Documentation Management
- Collect, store, and update vessel documents such as certificates, operational manuals, inspection reports, and permits.
- Organize documents systematically for easy access by relevant parties.
- Ensure all vessel documents comply with maritime laws and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the validity periods of certificates and permits, and coordinate renewals when required.
- Prepare administrative reports related to vessel documentation.
- Prepare the Marine Transportation Agreement (SPAL) to cargo owners.
- Prepare Shipping Instructions (SI) for vessel owners or operators.
- Review SPAL received from vessel owners/operators to ensure alignment with SI and requirements provided by the vendor sourcing team.
