- Minimum 1 year experience in transportation vendor acquisition & management.

Job description:
- Looking for new vendors by canvassing and screening vendors according to company regulations.
- Request a price list from vendors and negotiate with vendors if necessary.
- Get the most competitive prices by comparing prices between 2-3 vendors.
- Collaborate with legal consultants in preparing cooperation agreements (PKS) and work orders (SPK) with vendors.
- Perform onboarding and background checks on new vendors.
- Register vendors in the TMS system.
- Ensure that newly onboarded vendors pick up and make the first deliveries.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, such as making visits to vendor offices if necessary.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys with vendors.
- Perform analysis and scoring calculations on vendor satisfaction survey results.
- Conduct performance reviews of vendors.
- Make regular reports of all activities to superiors.
