Job Purpose :
This position is responsible for leading Operational Excellence initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and drive continuous business process improvement. The role partners with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, lead transformation projects, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance overall business performance.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics, supply chain, or related industry, with experience in process improvement or operational excellence considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Good understanding of logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and driven by a continuous improvement mindset.
Areas of Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop the Operational Excellence team to foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
- Analyze existing operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Lead operational transformation projects from planning and execution through to implementation and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure improvement initiatives are effectively implemented and deliver measurable business impact.
- Develop Operational Excellence strategies, roadmaps, and action plans aligned with business priorities.
- Leverage operational data and industry benchmarking to support business process improvements and strategic decision-making.
- Monitor the progress and performance of improvement initiatives to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation.
